When opening up a tenancy application, there are 3 tabs that come after application intelligence. These are; Details, Documents, and Safety Certificates.
When we click the Details tab, we can see/edit all of the tenancy/application details.
Click 'Edit' to make any changes.
When editing, you can enter in the tenants details, proposed tenancy terms, payment details, extra details like children and pets, and who the tenancy anpplicatiion is assigned to internally.
Next we have the Documents tab, which shows you any document that has been uploaded to assist with the application.
You can download or delete any documents from the application by clicking on the three dots on the right of the document.
To add a document, click 'add document'
Click to browse your computers files or drag and drop the document directly in to Lifesycle.
Write the document name, select the document type, leave any notes that are neccessary, and press save.
The documrent will then be available on the application.
Next we have Property Safety Certificates. For certificates already uploaded, you will see the expiry dates of the certificates with statuses which inform you whether the certificate is active, renewed, expiring soon, or expired.
If you click the three dots on the right of the certificate, you can view, download, edit, create task, or delete the certificate.
To add in a safety certificate, click 'Add Certificate'
Click to browse your computers files or simply drag and drop the certificate in to Lifesycle.
Uzair will then review the certificate and fill in the document details (Certificate Type, Issue Date, Expiry Date) for you. You can still change these manually if you wish.
Next, select when you would like to be reminded about the certificates expiry.
Then leave any notes that you deem neccessary and then click save.
