Application intelligence tells you everything you need to know about a current tenancy application. Uzair uses all of the data and notes from the property, applicant, and application, to show you all of the steps that need to be done in order to complete this application.
First of all you need to access your application. To do this, go to Property Management >> Applications
Then select the application from the list.
This will bring you to the application intelligence on this particular property/application.
In this application intelligence Uzair brings in all of the data and notes and puts it all in one place, showing you what has been completed, and what needs attention.
You can click on any one of these individual steps to open up the task that needs to be completed. For example, Right to Rent is pending, if you click on Right to Rent, it will open a pop up where you will input the right to rent information to complete this step.
Once this information is completed it will show as such on the application intelligence.
You can now easily work through all of these steps from one page to complete the application. Once the application and you are ready to start the tenancy, click 'Start Tenancy' at the top of the application intelligence.
Please note: Only start the tenancy when the aggreement and required safety certificates are ready.
You will then be asked to confirm that you are starting the tenancy on this property
