To start a tenancy application, you first need to input an offer on the property.
Once this offer has been made, you can then click on the 3 dots on the right of the offer, and click 'Create Application'
You will then check the tenants details, add in any other tenants if neccessary, and enter permitted occupiers.
Then scroll down and enter the proposed tenancy terms.
Then scroll further and enter in further details such as pets and children.
Finally, scroll down to internal details and select who this application is assigned to internally and add any notes you deem neccessary for the application. Once this is done, click 'Create Application'
This will then bring you to the full application where you can check the application intelligence, add in documents, property safety certificates and add notes to the timeline.
