In Lifesycle, we have the ability to add in a Mobile phone number to your settings which will allow you to recieve replies to messages sent out from Lifesycle directly to your phone.
To do this, first go to settings >> SMS & Email Settings.
Then click 'Add SMS sender'
Then simply select the branch this phone number is related to (if it is related to a particular branch) and then enter in the phone number in to the section that says sender name, and press save.
Now when you send out SMS from Lifesycle, you will be able to select that number from the list before you send, and then any replies to that SMS will come back directly to the phone with that particular number.
PLEASE NOTE: Viewing appointment SMS and Market Appraisal SMS will go out from the default number you have set for your branch. If you would like to recieve replies to these SMS, please make sure you have the phone number you wish to recieve replies too set as the default number for your branch.
