Tenancy information shows up on the property listing on Lifesycle Search and the portals.
Please be aware if you have edited Tenancy information on a particular property, this will not automatically overwrite it - it is safe.
To add default Tenancy information please go to Settings
Branch Settings
And choose your branch. Scroll to the bottom to click Edit next to Tenancy information.
Once you click edit, you can add the tenancy information. Don't forget to click save when done!
To change Tenancy information on individual properties, please go to the property Profile and choose Details
Then choose to edit. Click save when done.
