To have your leads set up in Lifesycle you first need to send an email to the portals requesting to do so. These are the emails that need to be sent - which you can copy and paste and send to the relevant portal.
For Rightmove send to [email protected] (and Cc [email protected]) and send the following message:
Hi Support,
I would like to setup Rightmove leads and enquiries to go to Iceberg for my (add branch address here) branches
Is this possible with my current setup?
If so, I give authorization for you to send my Rightmove leads/enquiries to Iceberg Digital β please contact us through the system help button or through email.
Please include the Branch ID numbers in your response.
For Zoopla send to [email protected] (and Cc [email protected])
Hi Tier 2 Support,
I give authorization for you to send my Zoopla leads/enquiries to Iceberg Digital for the following branches (add branch address here). Will you please email [email protected]. Please include the Branch ID numbers in your response
For On The Market send to [email protected] (and Cc [email protected])
Hi OntheMarket support,
I give authorization for you to send my leads/enquiries to Iceberg Digital for the following branches: (list your branches and addresses).
Will you please email myself and [email protected] once this is complete and please include the Branch ID numbers in your response as Iceberg Digital will need this to complete the setup at their end.
