You can easily add or edit all of your users through Settings. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to add a new user.
Click on Settings in the left side menu. It is highlighted in magenta below.
Click on Branch Settings to add users to each branch
Follow the steps in this article about creating a new branch or click on the branch name to edit it
Click on Add New User
Complete the information in the side panel
The photo, Name, Job Title, User Description and Video Link can all be used in the market appraisal appointment email. Please let us know if you plan to use this.
Add the signature in order for your user to use the digital contracts
Roles - these are not client facing and only determine what can be seen and done in the calendar. If you need the user to see everyone and assign market appraisals to everyone in your business they must be a Director Level. If they should only see their own branch, branch manager.
The color selection is for the calendar color
Please make sure that anyone you would like to make a market appraisal has this button ticked
When you click save, the user will receive an email invitation to login for the first time.
