Setting Up Your Account - How to Setup or Change Market Appraisal Settings

Click on Settings in the left side menu which is highlighted in magenta below

Click on Market Appraisal Settings

General

For setup, please be aware that we have already customised your colours and logo. The way the logo appears here is not the way the logo appears in your client facing pages. Although this is not required, if you want to, you can change the company logo and colours on the Market Appraisal here. Contact us if the background of your logo is white - we need to do some extra work on white designs.

Additionally, the default header text in the Market Appraisal template, "Market Appraisal for [CLIENT_NAME] by [AGENT_NAME]," is a fixed element and cannot be removed. However, you can adjust its colour using the colour picker to better align with your branding.

Click on the colour itself to open a colour picker where you can enter in the hex code or click and drag to pick colours

Don't forget to click save!

Sales or Lettings

You are able to add or edit Marketing Plans, Overviews and FAQs for Sales and Lettings each. The Sales tab will update Sales only and Lettings is for, you guessed it, the Lettings Marketing Plans, Overview and FAQs.

Changing these settings (adding FAQs, editing the marketing plan and overview) will impact ALL market appraisal presentations that are currently in the system, old and new.

Add or edit the Default Marketing Plan and Overview for Sales here. Type your changes and click Save

Add or edit FAQs in each section. (Remember that when a person clicks on a FAQ, it appears in their timeline - allowing you to understand their fears and address them when you reach out. FAQs should address fears in the question and make your company the solution!)

Click the edit button to make changes to the current FAQ, the rubbish bin to delete the FAQ. Click Add FAQ + to add another FAQ to the list
