1. Change the user email address slightly (add a number or letter to it) - so they cannot regain access
2. Email [email protected] with the username (name and email address) of the user. Please include who you would like their market appraisals and contacts reassigned to so that you don't miss out on notifications for that contact. (name and email address of the user to reassign to)
