When looking at your appointments in the calendar, you may see some different icons showing on your viewing appointments.
Let's go through what these are and what they mean.
This icon means that the appointment is accompanied. A member of your team is going to this viewing.
This icon means your appointment is unconfirmed. At least 1 party (vendor or applicant) has not confirmed the appointment yet.
This icon means your appointment is cancelled. The viewing is no longer taking place.
This icon means the appointment has passed and was failed to be confirmed by at least one party.
If there are no icons on your viewing it means that your viewing is unaccompanied, and confirmed by both parties.
Lets look at some examples.
Unconfirmed by atleast one party and accompanied.
Confirmed by both parties and accompanied.
An accompanied appointment that has been cancelled.
Confirmed by both parties and is unaccompanied.
Unaccompanied appointment that has passed and was failed to be confirmed by at least one party.
