We now have the ability to sync your Lifesycle calendar with your personal iCal calendar (apple device calendar).

PLEASE NOTE this is a ONE WAY SYNC, this means that only the changes you make to the appointments in Lifesycle will transfer over to iCal. If you make an edit to an appointment in your iCal calendar, it WILL NOT update your Lifesycle calendar.

After you sync up your iCal with Lifesycle, you will be able to set how often your apple calendar reaches out to Lifesycle to fetch in new data (new appointments, updates to appointments etc.) We will go through this later, but first, lets take a look at how we sync up the calendars.

In order to sync up your Lifesycle Calendar with your iCal, we just need to go to the calendar and grab the iCal link on the top right of the page.

Once you've done this, just click copy.

Then you need to head over to your apple calendar, and click 'Calendars'

Then click 'add calendars'

The click 'Add calendar Subscription'

Then paste in the iCal link you got from Lifesycle.

Then hit Subscribe

Then name your calendar and select the colour of the appointments.

Then you can see all of your lifesycle appointments in your apple calendar.

You can also click on these appointments to open them up in more detail to see things like location and contact numbers etc.

Now unlike Google and Outlook, you can set how often your apple calendar reaches out to Lifesycle to fetch in new data (new appointments, updates to appointments etc.)

PLEASE NOTE this is a ONE WAY SYNC, this means that only the changes you make to the appointments in Lifesycle will transfer over to iCal. If you make an edit to an appointment in your iCal calendar, it WILL NOT update your Lifesycle calendar.

To do this you need to go to you Apple settings, and then select calendar.

Then go to 'Accounts'

Then go to Fetch new data

Then you can choose how often you would like your device to reach out and fetch data from the Lifesycle calendar.
