Each AML request you send out, costs 1 AML Credit.
AML credits can be purchased at £3.50 per credit.
The minimum amount of AML credits than can be purchased per branch is 25 credits.
To purchase credits, go to Settings >> Credit Management.
At the bottom of the page you will see your AML credits.
As you can see, AML credits are split per branch. To request extra AML credits, simply type the amount of credits you would like to be added to each branch.

Once you have decided how many credits you want per branch, you will see the total amount of credits you will be purchasing on the right. When you are ready, click request.
Once you have read the following pop up and agree. Please click confirm.
You will then be contacted via email by the accounts team to provide payment. Once payment has been received your AML credits will be uploaded the next working day.
Support will notify you via email when your credits have been uploaded.
