When adding in a contacts details in Lifesycle, no matter whether its in a Market Appraisal, adding a contact manually, or even when the contact registers themselves, we search the postcode in the postcode finder, and then select the address.
We also have a button that says 'Can't Find A Property?' this button takes us to a map and is too be used when you can not find your property when using the postcode search.
When we use this, we can search a location and then drag the pin on the map to the correct location and that will then pull up the correct address.
For example, let's say our contact says they live at, 241 Orrell Rd, Orrell, Wigan WN5 8LY, but we can't find this address on the postcode search.
First we would start by searching the location 'Orrell Road'.
Then as we look at the map the pin would be on Orrell road.
Now as we start to move the pin up and down Orrell road, you will see the property address start to change too whatever property address the pin is on. Here I am going to move the pin to the other side of ABC nursery.
As you can see I've moved the pin on the the correct property and now the correct address is showing!
