You might get notifications that say one of your contacts is looking at another contact's market appraisal. First, don't worry! They haven't actually seen the other person's information.
What has happened was one of your users has confused Lifesycle. This happens when someone in the office clicks a link that belongs to the customer. So for example, the client replied to one of your emails (usually the market appraisal), the user opened it, read her reply and then scrolled down and clicked on the link from the email we sent to the client (again, most likely the market appraisal). Lifesycle now thinks the user's computer or device belongs to the client! As the user does their normal work, Lifesycle thinks the client is looking at those market appraisals. Complicated I know but there is an easy fix.
Please have everyone clear their cache and cookies and this will stop.
