When an applicant registers or is added to Lifesycle, they have search profiles that detail what they are looking for in a property. The properties that are in Lifesycle currently as well as any future properties you add as market appraisals, update to instructions and make available will automatically be matched to the applicants and emailed to them.
If someone calls, is a walk-in or emails you, you can manually add the applicant into Lifesycle by following the below instructions
Click on Contacts
Then click Add New Contact
Are they a buyer or a tenant? Change this here
Contacts
Fill out their Salutation, First name and Surname. If they are already contacts in the system, a popup with their information will appear. You can click on their name and Lifesycle will autofill their information below. For anyone not in the system, fill out the rest of the information - email address, mobile number and landline etc.
To add a second mobile, email or landline, click Add New Communication
To find the address, enter in the postcode and click find. A list of addresses will appear - choose the address.
If the address you are looking for is not there, choose the closest address and make any changes you need to below.
Subscriptions are email subscriptions - you can leave these for now.
Contact notes are internal notes that go in the Contact Detail
Click Save Contact
Once you click 'Add Contact', it will bring you to the contact profile. To add Search Criteria, the information about what kind of property they are looking for, scroll down to and click 'Search Profile'. Choose if you wish to add a buyer or tenant profile and fill out the property preferences.
Property Preferences
As you add features of the property, Potential Properties will increase or decrease according to how closely they match the criteria. Find out how Matching percentages work
Radius - Add the location(s) here - you can add more than one location and radius around that location
Property Type - choose from the pictures or click Other/Advanced to see a more comprehensive list to choose from
Save the property type
Add how many bedrooms, bathrooms and receptions they need. You can set a minimum and maximum here
Add any notes - this goes on the contact profile

Click Create and we will match the applicant to properties!
