Your buyer creates a profile through our registration form or in the office/over the phone with you, and we match properties to their search criteria automatically. The profile can contain multiple property types, bedrooms bathrooms, desired locations and more.
Lifesycle's AI uses over 80,000 algorithms to search and compare all properties and match them to the applicants needs. We then show the matched properties as a percentage.
It's complicated, but here is a simplified version of how the percentage works:
Anything less than a 30% match is not shown or emailed to the contact.
Location is 100% or 0% - if it does not match the radius or location the property will not appear - it either matches exactly or not at all.
Receptions, Bedrooms and Bathrooms and Price are all calculated into a match to make up the percentage.
Example: You add a new property, Lifesycle searches the entire list of search profiles and finds the below profile:
Bedrooms, bathrooms and receptions, location, price all match what the buyer needs making it a 100% match BUT! Location does not match - would make it 0% match - Lifesycle moves to the next profile.
