After a change is made to your properties which specifically affects and updates an applicant's search profile. They receive an email saying that there is an update to their suggested properties (new property/price reduction).
They do NOT go out automatically as soon as the change is made. They got out at 8 AM, 12 AM, 4 PM and 8 PM respectively.
So if the properties updated at 9.30 AM your applicants would receive the email at 12 AM. If you updated properties at 5 PM, the applicants would receive the email at 8 PM.
