Tags are helpful with the advanced search and grouping certain clients together. It is important that as a business you create a tag strategy so that each valuer isn't creating their own tags or that if they have an idea for a tag they contact you to determine the best way for all of your team to roll out the tag and use it. Consistency will make your job easier.
To add a Tag to a contact follow the below steps.
Click on Contacts in the left side menu. It is highlighted in magenta below
Search for a contact by typing in the search box and clicking the magnifying glass. Choose the contact you want to add the tag to by clicking on their name.
Click on the About tab and then choose Tags
Type in the Tag you wish to add and click Save changes. You can also remove any existing tags you don't wish to have on that contact anymore by clicking the 'x' next too the tag. Remember to click save.
To search for contacts using tags, go to the quick search on the contacts page.
Write out the tag in the tag search bar and press search. Any contact with this tag will then appear.
