When adding in or changing an email address in Lifesycle, you may experience this error when you try to save.

If this error appears, this means that the email address or mobile number you have put in is being used by another contact. (This means they are probably already in your system!)

In order to find that contact and check, simply input the email address or mobile number into the contact search bar, and the contact using those details will appear!

It is important to remember that Lifesycle tracks contacts using their email address and mobile number so no two contacts can have the same email address or mobile number.
