You can quickly book a Market Appraisal from anywhere in the system. When in Lifesycle, no matter what page you are on, just go to the top of the page and click the 'Create' button.
Then select 'Market Appraisal'
Then select the branch, the valuer, and the time and date of the appointment.
You can open the full calendar by clicking on the pink button on the right of the date and time picker to open up the full calendar.
Then search for the contact or create a new one.
Then in the property details section, select whether this is a sales or letting appointment, and fill out the rest of the property details.
Please note: You can not change whether this is a sales/lettings appointment after the appointment has been created. Triple check that it is definitely a sales/lettings appointment.
Then fill in the discovery questions, and then click create appointment.
You will then be taken to the appointment tab where you can send your appointment confirmation.
