The Timeline gives you a chronological list of the properties activity. This includes all status changes, offers made, viewings booked etc.
You can search for a particular note using the search bar.
You can also use the note filter to only see certain types of notes on the timeline. 'Notes' is anything you have added in manually, for example, a note on the timeline, or a note made in the sales progression for this property.
To add a note on to the timeline, simply scroll up to the top of the timeline and add your note, and then click 'Save Note'
Property history is everything else, status changes of the property, viewings booked, offers received, offer decisions etc.
The detailed activities button at the top right of the timeline, adds extras in to the timeline like tasks that have been created related to that property
You can refresh the timeline by clicking the curly arrows next to the detailed activities button.
You can also filter the time line based on time. You can select to only see what has happened, this week, this month, this year, or for all time.
When going through your notes, you can pin anything you find important to the top of the timeline. Simply hover over the note, and click the pin.
Pinned notes have a magenta tint to them and are stuck at the top of the timeline. To unpin a note, simply follow the same process. Click on the pin to unpin it.
