Managing AI Property Scouts.

To gain access to AI property scouts you first need to contact [email protected] and send us the districts you'd like this activated for - (example W1, E17, HU1). We will then set up your AI property scouts accordingly.

Once you have added your property scouts, you can manage them from from settings >> AI Property Scouts.



From here you will see some basic scout performance stats pulled from your AI Scouts, with a list of active scouts and individual scouts stats below.



To switch from scout performance to user performance stats, click the button on the top right of the screen. User performance shows you how many open and closed follow ups each member of your team has.



Below you will see a list of AI scouts you have added, some basic stats and there status.



Active means the scout is currently working for you.

Recalled means the scout is still working for you but will stop working soon.

Paused means the scout has been recalled and has stopped working.

To change any details for an AI property scout, for example name, district or tasks, simply click on the AI scout you would like to edit below.



From here you can change the name, district and tasks you would like the scout to perform.

IMPORTANT RULES FOR CHANGING DISTRICTS/POSTCODES:

You can change the district for a scout from the below page.

You can only change a maximum of 2 postcodes (quickly) every quarter (three months)

When you change a scouts district and you are still within your quarterly limit, the change will take place within 5 working days.

If you are over your limit of changes and try to change a scouts postcode, the system will inform you you are over your limit, and you will have to recall the scout (wait 90 days) and then add another scout with a different postcode.



You can also recall your scout from this page. Recalling a scout will stop it from working. When you recall a scout, it will continue to work for 90 days and then it will be removed from your list of active scouts.



When you click recall, it will inform you that you can cancel the recall request at any time before 10am on the last day of the month we are currently in. It will also tell you the day that the scout will be re-called.



You can also block the scouts from picking up data and properties from other agents of your choice. To do this, simply click 'Blocked Companies'.



Then search and select to find the other agent you want to block the scouts retrieving data from.

If an agent has a tick next to their name, you will NOT recieve any data from this agent.

If an agent does not have a tick against their name, you WILL recieve data from this agent.
