We have the ability to mark certain properties as investment properties, so they show with an Investment tag on the Lifesycle search like so:
To do this, simply go to the property profile, and go to the detail tab, then scroll to property details to find the investment option and select yes and then save.
Although we can mark properties as investment properties, this doesn't mean that every person who has a search profile has to view them. In the search profile settings there is an option to select whether they would like to see investment properties.
On the search profile, under more options, contacts will be able to choose whether they want to be shown Shared Ownership, New Homes, Retirement Homes, and Investment Properties.
Under each of these options they will be able to choose whether they would like to Include, Exclude, or show only that kind of property.
