When you send out a market appraisal presentation, the status of the property will update to proposal sent.
If the Vendor/Landlord clicks continue and accept on the market appraisal, you will recieve an email informing you that you have been instructed on the property.
When you go to the property in Lifesycle, you will see that the status has been updated to 'Pending Instruction'
This status is here to give you time to get all the finer details ironed out (contracts etc) with the Vendor/Landlord before you convert to an instruction and get the property on the market.
If you recieve word from the Vendor/Landlord that they would like to instruct you in branch, on the phone, or via email, then you can manually change the status from proposal sent to pending instruction on the property profile.
You can then convert the property to an instruction once all contracts have been signed and you are ready to get the property ready for the market.
