Click here to see how to check out keys from the key management page.

Go to the property profile and click on 'key sets'

Then select the key set you would like to check out, then click Checkout.

This will open a menu on the right in which you will select who the key is being checked out too.

First, you select the type of the person the key is being checked out to, this can be a Lifesycle User, a company, a contact, or a one time checkout.

If you select user, you will then have to choose which user the key is being checked out too.

If you select company, you will then have the option to search for that companies details against your suppliers database, if the company details are not found, you will add the company details in from scratch and this will add them to your database so that you don't have to add them in again. (Just like how solicitors, Estate Agents, and Mortgage Brokers work)

If you select contact, you will then search across your database of contacts, again, if the contact is not found you will have the ability to add them in.

If you select time check out, you will then have to manually input the name, contact number, and any other contact info for that person.

PLEASE NOTE: Using the one time check out does not save the contact to the database for future check outs. It is a ONE TIME CHECK OUT. If you would like to save the person for other check outs then please use contact, or company to save them to the database.

Once you have selected the person checking out the keys, select the date you expect these keys to be back in the office, and give a reason of why they are being checked out if neccessary.

PLEASE NOTE: An Email will be sent to the Person checking out the keys the day before they are due back in the office, to remind them to return them.

Then click Check Out.

You will then see that the keys are checked out in the timeline.
