NEURON USERS ONLY
If you have a neuron website, we have a modified way of creating your property links and changed the way the property is viewed by the public. What you can do if you have a neuron website, is publish the property to Neuron, and then select whether you would like to make this property available to everyone, or only make it available to users who have registered with you.
Different links are generated for the same property. There is an owners link, which you can send to your vendors, and there is a public link which is for everyone else. This public link is modified depending on whether you want everyone to see your property, or just those who have registered with you.
First of all lets talk about getting the owners link that you can send to your vendors.
It's important to make sure all of your property details, advert info, and photos are uploaded to the property before doing this.
Once everything is ready, go to the overview of the property, and go to property publish.
If you hover over the box to right of Neuron, a pop up will appear.
To get the link for the owners of the property, then click 'View property page for Owners' and copy the link once there so that you can send it to the owners of the property.
Now let's talk about publishing the property.
First, we need to make sure all the property details are correct, the photos are on and the property is exactly how we want it to be. Once this is done, as always, change the status of the property to available.
Then scroll down to property publish, and click on the arrow to publish the property as you normally would.
Select 'Schedule' if you like this property to be published at a later date, or select Publish if you want to publish now.
Once published, click on the arrow on property publish to go back in to the publish settings.
Here you will be able to make changes to who can actually see the property fully, you will be able still be able to generate public and owner links, and you will be able to unpublish the property.
If you change the visibility to 'Registered Only' then ONLY people who have registered and have a search profile with you will be able to see this property. For everyone unregistered, the images will be blurred.
