When using Lifesycle, we have the ability to filter out matched applicants on properties based on the percentage in which they match to a property.
A quick overview on property match percentage:
All applicants are matched within a range of 30% to 100%. There is never a matched applicant below 30%.
Different things can effect the match percentage, if bedrooms, bathrooms and property type all match perfectly but the property is just a little out of the price range, the percentage will drop a little.
If the property is the correct price, has the correct bedrooms but has a different number of bathrooms, the percentage will drop a little.
We can now use a slider to filter through our matched applicants based on their percentage match.
To do this, first go to the property over view and click 'Matched Applicants'
Then on the top right of the matched applicant list you will see a slider. This is where we can start to filter through our applicants.
To use this slider, simply click and drag each button to move it to the range of buyers you would like to see.
Lets go through some examples.
Example one: List of applicants who match 50% or above.
To do this we need to click the left slider, and move it up to 50%, and leave the right slider at 100%
Once this is done, and if it effects the amount of matched applicants left, you will see the total number of applicants change on the left, and the list of applicants which match your percentage range will show below.
Example two: Matched applicants between 40% and 70%
For this example we need to move our left slider up to 40% and bring our right slider down to 70%.
Once this is done, you will see the total amount of applicants change and the list of those applicants will show below.
