We can make offers on properties either from the property profile, the contact detail or the viewings page. It is exactly the same process no matter where you create the offer.

In order to make an offer you must first have a viewing booked in on the property from the applicant wishing to make an offer.

We now have the ability to send out an offer form to applicants who wish to make an offer, in this form the applicants write their offer, tell you whether they require a mortgage, and upload proof of funds.

If you would like to create the offer on behalf of the contact in branch, click here.

To send out the offer form you first need to find the viewing (whether it be on the property, contacts search profile, or the viewings page) and click the three dots and then click, send offer form.

You will also have the option to send out an SMS.

When your applicant opens the email and clicks on the link, they will be taken to an online form.

As you can see, the applicant will have the opportunity to add on another buyer on to the offer.

As they proceed through the form, they will have the ability to add in all the information that is required with the offer, just as you would if you made the offer in branch.

Once the form has been completed, the contact has the option to check the form and make sure all information is correct.

Once the offer is submitted, you will be able to view it in Lifesycle, make a decision on the offer, and double check the extra information that you wish.

PLEASE NOTE: You have the option to receive an email when an offer form is filled out by a contact. To switch this on or off, please go to Marketing and Autopilot >> Automations. The email notification is sent to the user who sent out the offer form.
An Autotask is also generated when the offer form is completed by the contact. The Autotask is assigned to the person who sent out the offer form. Again, this Autotask can be switched off in Marketing and Autopilot >> Automations

You can add the solicitor and broker on to the offer using the information provided by the contact in the form.

Once all this information is entered and saved, you can then make a decision on the offer, if you accept the offer, you can see the information that is transferred to the sales progression.

You can also see all other offer information by clicking the offer detail button.
