If you would like to change your default market appraisal settings, for example, your marketing plan, overview, or FAQs. Then the first thing you need to do is go to Settings >> Market Appraisal Settings.
In the 'General' tab, you can change the logo in your market appraisal presentation, and the primary and secondary background colours.
The next two tabs are 'sales' and 'lettings' in these tabs you can make edits to the default valuation settings, the default marketing plan, the default overview, and the default FAQ's.
Changing these settings (adding FAQs, editing the marketing plan and overview) will impact ALL market appraisal presentations that are currently in the system, old and new.
The next tab is the 'Sender' tab, and here we can change the default sender of the market appraisal presentation SMS.
