The properties page is where we go to find all the properties on the system.

The properties are split in to 3 sections, Instructions, Market Appraisals, and Prospects.

Instructions: This shows any property that is;
Available
Completed
Exchanged
Let
Let Agreed
On Hold
SSTC
Under Offer
Withdrawn.

Market Appraisals: This shows any property that is;

Appointment Booked

Appointment Cancelled

Completed w. Competitor

Decided Let With Competitor

Decided Sell With Competitor

Decided to Let With Competitor

Decided to Let With Us

Decided to Sell With Competitor

Decided to Sell With Us

Exchanged w. Competitor

Instructed Us

Let w. Competitor

Long Term Prospect

No Show

Proposal Not Sent

Proposal Sent

SSTC w. Competitor

Superceded

Prospects shows;
Potential Properties
SDV's

When using the search page in any of these three pages, you can search using the Postcode, Address, or the Contact info.

Once you make your search, you can see whether the property you are looking for is in Instructions, Market Appraisals, or Potentials. You can scroll through these properties from here and click on the property directly.

Don't forget you can also use the filters on the right to narrow down your search. The number on the filter button corresponds to how many filters you currently have active.

We can also sort our properties in many ways, these include:

Created (newest/oldest first)
Last contact activity (newest/oldest first)
Valuation date (newest/oldest first)
Fee (highest/lowest first)

We also have the quick search function located on the top right of the screen.

From here we can quickly search through our properties in many different ways, these include;
Keyword -
Type - Sales/Lettings
Branch
Related User
Instruction date - Start/end pulls in instructions inside a certain time frame.
Property type
Bedroom - Min/Max
Bathroom - Min/Max
Reception - Min/Max
Price - Min/Max
