To view all of your viewings go to Operations>>Viewings
In this page you will see all of your viewings (default view is of the most recently created first). You can filter by any combination of the following:
Sort by Newest first (default) or oldest first.
Filter by User or Branch
Filter by Confirmed or not Confirmed
Filter by Status - see your upcoming viewings, reported or not reported (feedback)
Filter by Appointment date
See how many viewings were booked today, yesterday etc by choosing Created Date Period
Hidden Feedback - dismissed feedback accidentally? Pull it back up here.
We now have a smart filter on the viewings page, as well as the viewing feedback and sales progression page. This means that once you select your filters on that particular page, when you leave the page and come back to it. The filters you selected when you were last on the page will still be selected.
