Sometimes the vendor may want to see how you are going to list and market their property before it goes live.
In order to do this, fill out the details, and add the media and advert information as you would with any other property.
Then go in to the overview, scroll down to property publish and click on the black box with the arrow in it to view the property.
Now your at the property page, you can simply copy and paste the link and send to the vendor so they can see how their property is going to look when it's available.
