Lifesycle has a Property Search page where your potential buyers and tenants can search for properties as well as sign up for property matching emails.
At the top, your buyer or tenant can run a search by entering in their criteria.
Below this, they can sign up for Heads Up Property Alerts. When you add a property and change the status to Available in Lifesycle, the property will appear on the search page. Lifesycle will also search all of the contacts that have registered for these alerts and will send out an email about the property to any buyer or tenant it matches.

Then enter in what they are looking for in a property
Answer the questions
Once they click Save at the bottom of the page they will be brought to the list of properties that match their search.
Any time they click to view further details of the property, they will show up under Potential Viewings in the Property profile page within Lifesycle making it easy for you to contact the right people to book in viewings for this property.
