The first way to add a second contact on to a market appraisal, is to do it when booking the appointment. To do this, after creating the first contact, click 'Add New Contact', add in the details and click save.

This can also be done any time before you click 'Create Market Appraisal', by clicking the 3 dots on the right, then 'Edit'.

Now sometimes you may only find out there are 2 owners of a property once you go to the market appraisal appointment.

If you have already clicked 'Create Appraisal' then you can still add on another contact before you send it out. The easiest way to do this is too click the contacts tab underneath the appointment then click 'Add Contact'.

Then simply add in the new contact details (or search by surname if they are already in the system) and click save.

Now sometimes, it may turn out that there is in fact only one owner of the property, not two. Removing a contact from the market appraisal is just as easy as adding one. Again, just go to the contact tab underneath the MA appointment, then click the little trash can on the right of the contact to remove them.
