When creating a Market Appraisal Appointment, you will send out an Email and SMS appointment reminder.
To change the MA Email defaults, please go to Marketing and Autopilot >> Email Templates >> System Templates >> Appointment.
You will then see a list of all the default email templates you have for you MA appointments, including ones that have user info included (meet your valuer emails) templates with the discovery questions included etc.
Click on any of these to open up the templates you have in there, then click the 3 dots on the template and click edit design to make edits if you need too.
