Sometimes when you upload the EPC graph to a property on Lifesycle, it will look like the EPC has saved and then suddenly it will remove itself. This can be frustrating, so it's important to know why so you can prevent it happening in the future.
File name length.
An update from the portals means that they now no longer accept file names which are more than 50 characters in length. The file may still upload, but an error message will occur when trying to publish the property to the portals. In this case, upload the file as normal, and then change the name of the file through Lifesycle.
