2. Post Code: Add the Post Code and click Find to search for addresses within that Post code.

2. Choose the address: Choose the address you would like. If the address isn't listed, choose the closest one and you are then given the option to edit as necessary.

3. Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Receptions: It is best to add these when creating the appointment but they can be added at a later time.

4. Age, Land, Internal Area: These can be added at any time.

5. Tenure: This will default to Freehold

6. Parking: This will default to Garage

7. Property Notes: This is not client facing. Any notes will be on the Property Profile page for you to review.

8. Event Notes: This is for anything you might need the valuer to know before they go to the appointment. For example, 'give the vendor a call before you arrive' 'if no one is at the door, the neighbours will give you the keys' etc.
