Property details such as the address, the valuation date, bedrooms, bathrooms and receptions are the next bit.
You create a Sales as well as a Lettings Overview - this can be default text or created for each individual contact.
You can add Comparable Properties with photos and sources if you decide to. If you don't, this section disappears and the contact will never know
Add your Marketing Plan - what makes you unique and why vendor's should choose you.
Add FAQs to help the vendor make a choice. Tailor those Questions and Answers to your company.
Potential vendors and landlords can ask you a question right from the presentation. We email you that question and email them so they know you will answer as soon as possible.
Vendors and landlords can instruct you from the presentation. Alternatively, your contact information is listed. You can include your fee here or not - the choice is yours.
