1. Vendor, Tenant, Landlord or Buyer? You can choose multiple or just one. Click in the empty box to choose.
2. It is important to request and enter in as much data as possible of the below fields.
3. Add New Communication: You are able to add additional communication types such as additional email address, or Landline/Mobile number. Click on the button and fill out the details. If you make a mistake, use the minus sign to remove the additional area.
4. Correspondence Address: A required field, add the Post Code and click Find to search for addresses within that Post code.
5. Choose the address: Choose the address you would like. If the address isn't listed, choose the closest one and you are then given the option to edit as necessary.
6. Subscriptions: These are email/SMS subscriptions. We use these to prevent clients from receiving anything they do not want to see and, therefor, limiting how many of your contacts unsubscribe. For instance, if you send an email and choose the type of Special offers but a client does not have Special Offers clicked, they will not receive the email.
7. Contact Notes: These are not client facing so you can add what you would like here. They will be on the customer profile once the Market Appraisal has been saved.
