In order to switch off your monthly newsletter that goes out on the 29th/30th of each month, you just need to go to Marketing and Autopilot >> Automations.
From here, scroll down to the Automation which reads 'On the 29th / 30th of each month email out a newsletter containing newsletter articles posted in that month to' and then click on the green switch on the right to turn off the newsletter.
