Lifesycle will send automated emails to Landlords, Vendors, and Applicants on the day of their appointments.
Lifesycle will start to send out these automated emails at 7am on the day of the appointment.
If an appointment begins before 7am, the reminder email will not be sent.
If a viewing appointment is unconfirmed, the reminder email will not be sent.
If a contact has multiple appointments in a day, a seperate email will be sent for each appointment.
To manage these automated emails, go to marketing and autopilot >> Automations.
Then scroll right down to the bottom of the screen to see the appointment reminder automations.
The three automations in order are:
Send a reminder email to applicants for viewing appointments.
(On the day of a viewing, if the applicants are confirmed, starting at 7am, an email will be sent to the applicants reminding them of their viewing.)
Send a reminder email to the vendor or landlord for market appraisal appointments.
(On the day of a market appraisal appointment, starting at 7am, an email will be sent to the Vendor/Landlord of the property reminding them of their appointment.)
Send a reminder email to the vendor or landlord for viewing appointments.
(On the day of a viewing, if the vendor or landlord are confirmed, starting at 7am, an email will be sent to the Vendor/Landlord of the property reminding them of their appointment.)

All of these automations can be switched on or off by toggling the green slider on the right of the automation. If the slider is green and is ticked, the automation is ON.
If the slider is grey the automation is OFF.
