Whenever you are writing text in an email template, whether it be a title, paragraph or list etc. you will see a small black boxthat appears with options to change things like whether the text is bold, italics, colour etc.
In this options box you will see Dynamic Variables.
Dynamic Variable are what we use to pull in things like contact names and property addresses. Let's take a look at how it works. First, let's click on the dynamic variables button.
This opens up the dynamic variables pop up.
At the top of the pop up, you can search tags for tags using the search bar. Alternatively, you can select tags from the two lists below.
First we have the Company list, in here we have dynamic variables which will contain information about your company.
Next we have the contact list which pulls in all different types of information based on the contact it is being send to and the related user of that contact.
Once you select any of these dynamic variables, it will pull in the code in to the email template, then once the contact recieves the email, the relevant information will be there.
