What are 'My Templates' and how do we access them?
First of all, go to Marketing and Autopilot >> Mail Templates.
You will then come straight to the 'My Templates' Section of Mail templates.
Here you will find a list of all the email templates that you have created in the system. Things like appointment confirmation and automated emails will not be located in this section. They are located in System Templates.
To create a new template, simply click 'New Mail Template' on the top left of the screen.

When going through these templates, you will see the title of the template, it's subscription category, the date it was created and the user that created the template.
To edit, clone, or delete a template, simply click on the three dots located on the right hand side of that template.
