Here is a list of the default System Templates within Lifesycle.

Portal Response (Kickback).
When an applicant makes an enquiry about a property through the portals, an email is automatically sent to the applicant thanking them for their enquiry and asking them to register their details with you.

Instant Valuation Kickback

This is the email that automatically gets sent out to a potential vendor when they complete an instant valuation with you. It invites them to book a social distancing valuation.

Social Distancing Valuation

When a potential vendor completes a social distancing valuation with you, they are sent an email which thanks them for completing and informs them you will be in touch within 24 - 48 hours.

MA Appointment Confirmation
When an MA appointment has been booked in Lifesycle, you have the option to send out an email to the potential vendor confirming the appointment time and date.

MA Report
When an MA appointment has been completed and the report is to be sent out, an email is sent out with a link to the valuation inside it.

MA Asked Question
When an MA report is sent out to a potential vendor, they may ask a question to you within the presentation. Once this question has been asked an email goes back to the potential vendor, thanking them for their question and informing them that you will be in touch soon.

SOLNY (Sold or Let Near You)
Send out a SOLNY(Sold or Let Near You) email to anyone who's property is in the status of proposal sent, which informs them that you have sold/let another property in their area.

Viewing Confirmation
Once an applicant has become interested in one of your properties and books a viewing with you, you can choose to send confirmation emails to the applicant, vendor, tenant and landlord.

Viewing Feedback
Once the viewing has taken place, the next day at 8 AM, an email will automatically be sent to the applicant. This email will encourage the applicant to give you their feedback of the property ASAP so you can report it to the vendor.

Viewing Feedback (Vendor/Landlord)
When a viewing has been completed and the applicant reports their feedback back to you. You will send an email to the vendor/landlord via Lifesycle, reporting the feedback back to them.

Offer Letters
Whenever an offer has been received, accepted, withdrawn, or fallen through, you have the option to send an email to both the vendor and the applicant informing them of the action that has taken place.

Memorandum of Sale
When you fill out the MOS section of the sales progression, you can send out a cover email with the MOS attached.
