There are a few rules in place for the SOLNY emails to work properly – they are as follows:

For those to receive the solny;

1. The market appraisal presentation button must be switched on

2. The solny will be sent to the property owners – so you can only see if they have received a solny from the contacts timeline

3. The branch that the SSTC house belongs to will send solny’s to the properties for sale in that branch only

4. To receive a solny the status must be either proposal sent, long term prospect or instructed competitor (decided to sell/let with competitor)

5. The solny will only be sent to those within the mile radius set by user in automations

For the solny to be activated;

1. Solny automations must be switched on

2. Property status must be either SSTC or Let with us (your market appraisal must be converted to an instruction to find these statuses)

3. The property must have not had a solny activated before (past status of SSTC or Let with us)

4. If the automation is switched off, the solny emails that were in line to be sent out will be cancelled

5. For the solnys to be sent, all details of the company set up must be in full – the mail templates, designs and controls – for all branches.
