In Newsletter Management, you are able to review and edit the current month's newsletter.

First, click on Marketing and Autopilot in the left side menu

Next, choose Newsletter Management

Once on this page, you are able to preview the email template as well as send yourself a test message

To the right, you will see how many blogs are on this month's newsletter

Below, you will see a list of the blogs that will be included. On the left side of each blog is a set of 3 lines. Click on the lines and drag the content to where you would like it to be on the newsletter.

To remove a blog, click on the magenta square with a dash (minus sign) in it. This will remove the blog from the newsletter completely. The button is located on the right of each blog listing:

To add another blog that is not listed here, go to Marketing and Autopilot and then Content to select the blog, click publish and the blog will now be listed in the newsletter.

Just a note: Links within a newsletter that are older than 6 months will be directed to a page saying this link is expired and to contact the sender. This encourages your clients to reach out and keeps your system performing correctly with good data.
