Access your past newsletters that have been sent, review the email template, the blogs and the performance of the newsletter.

First, click on Marketing and Autopilot in the left side menu.

Next choose Newsletters

Search for newsletters at the top. Sort the results using the drop down to the right

On this page, all of the previously sent newsletters will appear. You can choose the newsletter month to see details. To the right of each the audience, the number of contacts it was sent to, the number of articles included in the newsletter and the date it was sent are listed.

Once you have chosen a Newsletter to view, you will see a details page. Here you can use the search bar to find contacts within the list below.

To the right of the search box are the date the newsletter was sent, a button to see the email template that was sent out and the info button. The info button tells you what audience the newsletter was sent to, and what email sender (name and address) were used to send the newsletter.

The list of contacts for the magenta squared box are listed below. Click on any of these boxes to see that list of contacts.

With each list of contacts, you are able to save a new static audience, send an SMS or send an email.

You can sort your results as well.

Just a note: Links within a newsletter that are older than 6 months will be directed to a page saying this link is expired and to contact the sender. This encourages your clients to reach out and keeps your system performing correctly with good data.
