Numbers (only Digit) - Allows the contact to enter in numbers only - no other text allowed. Example is age of the home

Single Selection - Allows the contact to choose one option of a multiple choice. Example is Price or Budget

Multiple Selection - Allows the contact to put ticks next to multiple answers in a range of multiple choice options. Example is Favourite feature of a home or what features are required in your new property

Date - Allows the contact to choose a date from a date picker

Mobile Phone - This will update a contact field in Lifesycle - meaning when the system creates a contact, this field will be in Contact information. If the contact is already created, it will update the contact with the information they enter into this form (should you choose for it to do so).

Text - Allows the contact to enter in free text

Yes-No Choice Radio - Yes and No are the only options

Star Rating - 1-5 Star rating that is saved as a number in Lifesycle

Address - This will update a contact field in Lifesycle - meaning when the system creates a contact, this field will be in Contact information. If the contact is already created, it will update the contact with the information they enter into this form (should you choose for it to do so).

First name - This will update a contact field in Lifesycle - meaning when the system creates a contact, this field will be in Contact information. If the contact is already created, it will update the contact with the information they enter into this form (should you choose for it to do so).

Last name - This will update a contact field in Lifesycle - meaning when the system creates a contact, this field will be in Contact information. If the contact is already created, it will update the contact with the information they enter into this form (should you choose for it to do so).

Salutation - This will update a contact field in Lifesycle - meaning when the system creates a contact, this field will be in Contact information. If the contact is already created, it will update the contact with the information they enter into this form (should you choose for it to do so).
