The default blogs we have added to your account cannot be edited by you. If you have found a mistake, please let us know and we will fix it. The blogs you post monthly can be edited - you are able to replace the photos and edit the text through Marketing & Autopilot.

Choose Marketing & Autopilot from the left menu which is highlighted in magenta below

Choose Content

Search for the content you would like to edit using the search bar. Enter a part of the name and click the magnifying glass

Click Edit

You can edit any of the below pieces of content types.

Article Details - this is the various bits of text that make up the content.

Heading and Introduction text - the title and the first sentence or paragraph about the article. Please mind the character counter so as to not exceed the limits.

Edit the body of text here:

Delete Tags by clicking the x next to their name

Add Tags by typing the tag name and hitting enter

Article Advanced Settings - Edit the photo, video link and article live dates in this section

Article Live Date/Article End Date - Articles can be viewable on your blog plage for a limited amount of time. If someone has a link to the article, they will still be able to view that article after the time frame has expired. If someone visits your blog page after the end date, they will not see the blog.

Edit the Youtube link and or photo to include in the content

The photo will show here:

The green check means the content is viewable on your blog page. To turn this off, click the tick until it is grey

Social Settings - change the titles for each of the platforms, change the image and description for social only.

Change the title for Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin Individually. Add emojis to increase engagement by clicking on the smiley face in the top right corner.

If you do not make change here, the default title will remain.

Change the image for social media only. Choose custom from the drop down and then upload a photo

Change the Social Media Description from the defaulted Introduction text by clicking custom and typing in a new description

Share - Immediately share your content to Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin
