We have provided you with Audiences that allow the system to work. These Audiences are not available to edit or delete. You are able to edit any Audience you have made.
Dynamic Audiences - edit the criteria you used to create the Audience
Static Audiences - manually add or remove contacts from the Audience
Choose Marketing & Autopilot from the left menu which is highlighted in magenta below
Choose Audiences
Search for the audience by entering the audience name or a portion of it into the search bar and click the magnifying glass
Choose edit:
For a Static Audience, this will populate the list of contacts for you. You can add contacts or delete contacts.
For a Dynamic Audience, this will populate the Audience Builder with the information you used to create this Audience. You can edit, add or remove any information you would like here.
